** Prices shown are per computer and do not include parts. Basic PC Builds will be the Cost of Case, Parts and $100 an hour for labor cost. We will bill for the first 3 hrs. if it takes less it will be prorated. If it takes longer than 3 hrs. customer will be contacted for approval. **

COMPUTER PART UPGRADE

 

  • Laptop Upgrade with Our Parts and Motherboard does not need to be removed free.

  • Laptop Upgrade with Our Parts and Motherboard needs to be removed $62.50

  • Laptop Upgrade with Parts Provided by Customer and or Motherboard needs to beremoved $125.00

  • Desktop PC Parts Upgrade with Our Parts Free.

  • Desktop PC Parts Upgrade with Parts Provided by Customer Starting at $50.


Console HDMI and Controller Repair

 

  • HDMI Replacement $125 to $200

  • Standard Xbox and PlayStation Controller $35 to $40

  • Xbox Elite and PS5 Series SCUF Controller $70 to $100


Specialty Repairs

 

  • CPU Pin Fix Start at $50

  • CPU Stuck to Cooler Start at $25

By submitting this form THE CUSTOMER agrees to the following terms:

  • The Installation or removal of software and/or hardware can sometimes result in the loss of corruption of of data. THE CUSTOMER will not hold Silver Knight PCS liable for any loss of data.

  • The process of reinstalling the Operating System (OS) will likely result in the loss of saved Passwords, Browser Settings & other personalized options. Some programs may not be able to be backed up. THE CUSTOMER will not hold Silver Knight PCS liable for any loss of personalization's or programs.

  • Silver Knight PCS will charge a $100 diagnostics fee if THE CLIENT does not wish to proceed with repairs.

  • Improper description of issue/problem or omission of detail can delay repair time.
